The main reason I'm rating UCO with 3 stars is because of their customer service. I couldn't get in touch with anyone during business hours, and when I left a message, I never got a callback. On the bright side, the products are fantastic, and I did get tracking information once my order shipped.

I enjoy getting my replacement candles through UCO. The ones I’ve tried from other places tend to melt and make a huge mess, plus the cleanup is a hassle.

The shipping was top-notch for one of my two orders. However, the other one never got processed or sent out.

UCO's matches and fire starters are really impressive. I haven't tested all their offerings, but the ones I've used are quite good. Sure, they cost a bit more, but they perform well when you really need them. I wouldn't rely on standard matches or butane lighters during a chilly, windy day to get a fire going. Good luck trying to hold a paper match or a stick match while wearing gloves, or even spinning the spark wheel on a lighter. It's a tough task! They're also fantastic for emergencies. It's a shame they don't offer strike-anywhere matches; that would make them just about perfect.

Awesome business! Top-notch items! I got the Brass UCO candle lantern and was amazed by its brightness! It's a really well-made product, built to last a lifetime! Plus, they even included a full box of sweetfire!

The products are fantastic, but the response time to emails regarding your order leaves a lot to be desired.

I'm really let down. I placed an order during the Black Friday sale and then made another one for gifts, but neither package included the bonus gift. I reached out to customer support twice and got no reply. I love the products, but with service like this, I ain't ordering again.

One of my brass lanterns got delivered to my place in a crushed FedEx box. It was damaged inside. I reached out to customer service, and they replaced it at no cost and without delay!!! Awesome customer service!

I've got a few UCO items and really value their quality. My first UCO brass candle lantern has been with me for over three decades. Sure, I don’t pull it out much since I prefer bigger, stronger alternatives, but it definitely deserves a spot in my gear because of its straightforward and handy design.

This light did an awesome job during a 42-hour blackout, so I went ahead and got two more along with 18 candles. What else could work well indoors? I’m not keen on using a fuel-burning lantern. My order was handled and delivered fast. I've told a bunch of friends about these.

UCO's offerings strike the perfect balance between the classic gear I adore and the quality that comes with today's innovations. The equipment you take along ought to work well and serve its purpose. However, it should also boost your overall experience. UCO's fire-starting tools and lanterns accomplish this beautifully. Big thumbs up, keep that fire burning!!!

This grill is awesome and super compact. I just wish the grate was a bit sturdier, but honestly, I’ve got no real complaints aside from that.
